DMO Meal Planning: Create Your Daily & Modified Plan

Hey team! It’s Wednesday-but today’s task is designed to carry you through the rest of the week.
We’ve spent the last several days exploring the full DMO meal:
 Appetizers , Sides , Main Course , Veggies , and Dessert .
Now it’s time to build YOUR custom plate—not just for today, but for your everyday.

Why This Matters:

Consistency wins. But life will always life-so instead of breaking the habit, we adapt it.
That’s why I want you to create two DMO meal plans:

1. Your Full Daily Meal

This is your ideal 30-minute (or more) DMO when the day is going well and your energy is solid.
Break it into:
  • Prime the Pump (Appetizers) – 10 min

  • Content/Visibility (Sides) – 10 min

  • Income-Producing Action (Main Course) – 10 min

  • Optional: Veggies + Dessert if you’ve got extra space

 2. Your “Life is Lifing Weights” Meal

This is your minimum commitment DMO for when:
  • You’re sick

  • The kids are melting down

  • You’ve got nothing left in the emotional tank

Think of it as your “no excuses” plate. It might look like:
  • Prime the Pump – 5 min (comment on 1 story, 1 post, 1 message)

  • 1 IPA (send 1 invite, follow up with 1 person, or share 1 story with a CTA)

  • Skip the sides/veggies/dessert—and be proud of keeping the habit alive.

✅ Your Task (by Sunday Night)

  1. Write out your two DMO meals:

    • One full

    • One modified
(You can write them in a note on your phone, journal, or Canva if you’re fancy.)

  2. Post them in the group OR comment with what helped you decide what made the cut.

  3. Keep them somewhere you can see them—because clarity = confidence = action.

Reminder: The goal is progress, not perfection.
Discipline is doing something even when it’s small.
Let’s build a habit that can survive real life.

Desserts

 Dessert Day: Optional but Powerful

Hey team! We’ve talked appetizers, sides, veggies, and the main course and now it’s time for dessert.
Dessert is the extra credit, the "go the extra mile" part of your DMO.
 It’s optional... but powerful.
It’s where you reflect, organize, and sharpen your systems so your business runs smoother—and feels lighter.

Dessert Includes Activities Like:

  • Organizing your leads, follow-ups, and conversations

  •  Reviewing your week: What worked? What felt clunky?

  • Updating your tracker or notes from calls

  • Brain-dumping post ideas, saving audios you want to reuse

  • Reflecting: What did I learn about myself this week?

  • Practicing your story again or rewriting your "why"

Why It Matters:

Dessert is how you make space for more growth.
You clear the clutter—mentally and physically—so your energy flows better and your next move is easier.
Think of it like wiping the counters clean after a great meal.

✅ Today’s Task

Let’s go for balance today with a 30-minute DMO meal:
  1. Prime the Pump – 10 min

    • Comment on 3 stories, 3 posts

    • Send 3 connection messages (bonus if it’s birthday outreach)

  2. Side (Content/Visibility) – 10 min

    • Post a story or reel with a CTA

    • OR make a post from one of your content buckets

  3.  Main Course (IPA) – 10 min

    • Invite, follow-up, or ask someone if they’d like to earn the commission on their own trip

  4. Optional: 🥦 Veggie (Growth)

    • Read, journal, or complete a quick training

  5. Optional: Dessert (Organize & Reflect)

    • Set a timer for 5–10 minutes and choose one dessert task (see list above)

Weekend Veggies: Nourish the Mind, Fuel the Business

Hey Run for Bronze crew!  It’s the weekend-and while the pace might slow down a little, personal growth doesn’t hit pause. It’s time to feed your mindset and strengthen your business from the inside out.
This part of your DMO is all about building YOU. The better you get, the easier the conversations become, the stronger your confidence grows, and the faster your belief builds.  Your business grows as you grow!!!!

 What Are Veggies?

They’re activities that grow your confidence, mindset, skills, and vision. These are the small-but-mighty habits that fuel long-term success.
Here are some specific examples to choose from:

Personal Development:

  • Listen to a chapter of Go For No! or You’re a Badass at Making Money

  • Read 10 pages of a mindset book (The Slight EdgeThe Compound Effect)

  • Watch a confidence-boosting TedTalk like “How to Build Your Confidence – and Spark It in Others”
  • ps Oak Ridge Dream Team hosts a professional book club twice a month.  I highly recommend joining.

 Training & Skill Building:

  • Rewatch a recorded Plannet Basic Training they are below morning vitamins - extra bonus - register for a live one.

  • Complete one short lesson in Rep 101 inside the Vault

  • Watch a video on how to tell your story with confidence
  • My favorite is below
Watch the Inspirational Morning Vitamin (IMV) - go to the Plannet back office>virtual office >Information center>Information Center >Library>scroll> you will find audio versions to take with you while walking followed by the imv followed by the international calls.  I love both the IMV and International Morning Vitamin.  I get something different from both. Plannet Basic Training

Vision Work & Journaling:

  • Journal for 5–10 minutes: “Why do I want this business to work for me?”

  • Write out 10 reasons you’re proud of yourself this week (yes, seriously!)

  • Visualize your next promotion or commission check-feel the win in your bones

Practice & Messaging:

  • Practice saying out loud:
“Hey, have you ever thought about doing what I do in travel?”
     or
“Have you ever looked into making money from travel?”

  • Role play your story in 60 seconds-how you started, what you’ve learned, and why you’re excited

  • Record yourself saying it if you’re brave-then celebrate for doing it!

✅ Weekend Task:

  1. Pick ONE veggie from the list above and do it!!!  Do it both days.
  2. Prime the Pump:

    • Comment on 3 stories

    • Like and comment on 3 posts

    • Send 3 short messages (birthday messages count!)

    • Keep it fast, fun, and intentional
  3. Make one post using your 5 x 40 goldmine I shared - something from your bucket and use one of the 40 prompt ideas.

  4. Complete ONE IPA (invite, follow-up, book a 3-way call, ask if someone wants to earn commission on their trip—pick one and go).

  5. Comment in the group:

    • Which veggie did you choose?

    • What did you learn, feel, or shift from doing it?
Look some folks don't feel comfortable sharing their feelings - that's cool but do share the veggie you chose.
