Creating a Daily Success Routine
July 15, 2025
What is a Daily Success Routine?  For me, it's bringing positivity into my DMO.  It's doing something positive everyday to increase my confidence, my happiness, my success or you might even say my mojo.

You can do this is a few ways:

Affirmation:  My routine builds my confidence and success every day.

Prayer:  Almost every culture prays but it's called different things in different cultures.

Meditate:  A moment tending to your mind.

Yoga:  This is my form of meditation.  I do gentle yoga every morning.  I only do like 20 minutes everyday but the days I do yoga are for me very different from the days I don't.

Set an Intention for Your Day:  Decide first thing in the morning what your day will be like.  Your brain will look for opportunity to reinforce those aspects.

Goal Review:  Begin each day by reviewing your goals - checking in - look at those visualization boards - read your goal statement etc.

Daily Gratitude:  The more grateful you are for what you have - your brain will continue to look for more things to be grateful for building a state of mind.

Last notes:  I'm obsessed with routines and scheduling because I have personally experienced the positive effects of daily routines in my personal and professional life.  I believe it's the only way change happens.  It's why we started with a firm foundation of a good DMO and we spent so much time on it to nail those habits and really understand what we needed to be doing each and every day.

We moved to Pivots because those are the secret sauce in our business.

We are ending our time together with building confidence and tying the steps we need to increase that confidence back into - you guessed it - a routine.

If we had more time together - I would ask you to build your success routine - similar to what we did for our DMO.  Create two - one you plan to do everyday and a modified success routine (maybe just a quick affirmation) on days when life is lifing a little too much.

Youv'e got this guys!  I hope our time together has been helpful, I have learned so much from all of you so thanks for sharing with me.

Goal Setting for Confidence

Goal Setting for Confidence

Goal Setting + Action = Confidence

The biggest step you can do to improve your confidence is to take action.  You set a goal which is a promise to yourself and you follow thru and it increases your confidence.

Goal Grind: Set one small goal for the day and one larger business goal for the week.

Affirmation: “I move forward every day, achieving meaningful goals.”

Goal Tracker: Use a worksheet to track daily outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.  You have to keep track of your goals or you won't know when you hit them plus, it makes us feel good - proud of ourselves.  Maybe you are tracking your conversations you started or maybe you are tracking your pivots.  Set a goal - be ambitious - yet realistic - you can do this!!

Homework: Set one personal growth goal (e.g., a self-reflection practice) and a business goal (e.g., new contacts).

Building a Stronger Self Image

 Building a Strong Self-Image

Liking Yourself
Today is really about just liking yourself.  This should be easy but it’s not for many of us.  It has taken me a long time to get as far as I am on this journey and I know I still have a long way to go but it has been this business that has helped me the most - made me look at myself in a different way.
Activity: Write out personal qualities about you that  you want your brand to represent. For me, I want people to know I care about them and that I’m knowledgeable, reliable and fun.
“Mirror Moment”: Look in the mirror, repeat those qualities.   “I am a confident, knowledgeable, caring leader, and my self-image inspires trust.”
Self-Image Vision Board
  • Use images and words to create a visual representation of your best self and qualities you want to portray in business.
Action: Post an online story that highlights a quality you admire in yourself, reflecting your brand.

Handling Setbacks and Managing Rejections

 Handling Setbacks & Managing Rejection

Today we are talking about receiving rejection and how we respond to it.  Let’s call it our Rejection Recover  Rate - how long does it take us to recharge and shake it off - The more you accept rejection as a part of this business and it’s not personal - the more successful you will be.
When you get a “no” does it take you days or hours or minutes to recover?  The faster you recover the faster you move on the faster you will get to a Yes.

Affirmation: “Each ‘no’ helps me grow stronger and brings me closer to the right ‘yes’.”

Rejection Reflection:  List recent rejections and reframe (remember our Kiki Palmer video) each as a learning opportunity.

Read the BookGo for No! by Andrea Waltz and Richard Fenton – A guide on handling rejection in sales.  Hands down a must read for network marketers - this is the book that changed my life.

Listen to the PodcastThe MLM Success Stories Podcast by Dale Calvert – Real stories on overcoming challenges in network marketing.

Watch the VideoHow to Deal with Rejection in Network Marketing by Ray Higdon.

Rejection Journal: Keep a 100 No chart.    Make a chart with 100 boxes and mark one box off each time you get a no -  try to mark them off -

Reframe Outreach as a  Connection in your Mind

Speaking with confidence is not easy when you don’t feel confident,  but here are some tips to help:

  1.  Remember you are not asking for something, you are offering an opportunity
  2. Focus on building Relationships, Not Pitches:

Action Steps to Practice Speaking Confidently:

Limiting Beliefs
July 10th, 2025
Releasing Limiting Beliefs

What is a limiting belief?  It's that little voice in our head that tells us why we are not good enough or why something won't work.  It's the voice that talks us out of being successful.  We hear it as, "they aren't interested," "they won't want to hear that from me," "they are so much more worldly than I am."

Tools to Release Limiting Beliefs:

Affirmation:  I am enough or I am capable of growth and change

Self Reflection Journaling  Exercise:  Make a list of limiting beliefs you have and try to identify where they came from -

Reframing Activity:  Take that list you made of limiting beliefs and reframe each sentence:  Instead of, "I'm not good at sales" reframe it to, "I'm learning ways to connect with others."

Visualization:  Imagine yourself overcoming a limiting belief in a specific scenario.

Tracker:  Keep track of everytime you hear a limiting belief in your mind and reframe it.  When you become aware of how frequently you are telling yourself limiting beliefs - you will be able to change it.

Book:  Read the book, The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks - it's great for exploring how beliefs can limit success and how to break through it.

7 Day Confidence Boost
July 9th, 2025

Embracing Your Unique Qualities

Confidence is a tricky concept and for most of us is something we have to work on continuously.

Our culture  definitely makes us feel like we should be like everyone else but in reality - it's the very part of us that doesn't fit in that makes us unique and special.  Our goal is to embrace it - whatever it is - your too loud, too quiet, too tall, too short, too heavy, too thin, too smart, not smart enough, too interested in mice, too interested in books... it's you!

In Network Marketing, your uniqueness is what makes you stand out and it's what will attract others too you.  You have a message to share that nobody else can deliver like you.  It's not better or worse than how others deliver it - but it's a message that for some they will only hear it coming from someone like you.

Here are some activities that you can choose to do or not or even just not today.  The goal here is to get you thinking about how special you are and to give you resources if you want to dive into it further.  I do believe investing time in ourselves is incredibly rewarding and helps us grow - these are the vegetables.

Affirmation:  I bring unique strengths to my work and community.  You can get more specific here too if you want like, "my ability to listen is what others need today."

Mirror Exercise:  Look in the mirror and for one minute, say out loud something you appreciate about yourself.  It may feel awkward but it's an empowering way to start owning your unique qualities.

Daily Strength Reminder:  Set a daily reminder on your phone with a message like, "remember:  your uniqueness is your superpower."  It can be a small reminder to encourage you in your day.

Writing Activity:  Journal on one of the following prompts:
1) What qualities make you approachable or memorable?
2) What are you naturally good at?
3)  What do you Stand for?
4)  What life experiences give you a unique perspective?

Strengths Visualization:  Spend 5 minutes visualizing yourself using your uniqueness in a pivot moment - how does that help you?
